Am very sad when am reading your messange at moment although my bank have just be inform me about this few minute ago, and i have speak with the bank head department to know why this problem repitendly,because i was not expected such to happen anymore,but Mr Tom Explain to me that it never the bank wish as this problem happen agin it just the system error, and i ask more ahead  that how will you be receive your money without the transfer because you dont have more with you,and he said to me hat will not possible because the transfer enatils needed for the activation.this really make me confuce and i feel to help you that i will bear 100USD for you to make the  problem solved totaly, and you need to try to transfer 100USD and scan the western union receipt to the bank to complete the transfer for you without any problem.Am very sorry for are everything be delay little bit Ahmad, so you need to go ahead and transfer just 100USD and get scan to the bank and you shall have your money immediately.i do this just to help you as you need money for your rent.Have concluded this with my bank that you just need to send 100USD because i have order 100USD for you through my bank account cash.kindly act to send the 100USD and let me know so that i can follow up the bank to complete the transfer for you Today.i wait to read from you soon
