Thanks for making the shipment of the item , i just got an email from my bank today after i recieved the shipment reciept from you and the email is about the transfer error, The bank said that there is a problem with the Transfer as the amount of HKD 600 is being too low for there system to transfer and they had informed me that the problem cannot be settle unless we follow the bank instruction according to the email.
So the bank instruction stated that
1. First , i will need to go and make an additional payment of USD 150
2. So once i make the additional payment, the bank will send you a confirmation mail so as to prove to you that i have made the additional payment
3. So once you got the confirmation mail from my bank, you will need to go and tranfer the total amount of USD 150 to me using Western union money transfer first
4. Once you send the USD 150, you will need to scan the reciept of the transfer to my bank
5. Once my bank got the transfer reciept, they will be able to proceed with the remmitance of the total amount of HKD 600 + USD 150 to your account
This is to inform you that my account has been frozen and theres no way we can get our money unless we both coporate together to settle the transfer error. so thats why i have to rush down and complete the process, so that Once you recieve the confirmation mail from my bank, you can go and send the money
So regarding how to transfer, the bank said in the email that you should transfer the money through western union, so here is also the link for the western union money transfer where you can use it to search for the nearest western union location / shop around you.
